What You Don't Know Is Costing You Too Much!

Doing nothing is an option. But don't for one second think it's safe to do nothing.

It's costing you. Not just money either.

Kicking the can down the road takes away your opportunity because time is an ingredient. Without it you diminish your outcome. Until finally, you don't have a choice to make anymore. Your options are gone.

If you believe you'll live to at least the average age (around 80 or so) then don't make the last 15 years of your life hell.

If you're over 40 and your Super is less than $150k then you need to act.

I know we live in an age where promises are large and outcomes often don't match. We're bombarded with stuff every day.

How do you know what's worth your time and effort?

I obviously know it is - but you don't.

I don't tell anybody what to do. I bring over 25 years worth of successfull investing in the Perth property market to the table, through the good, the bad and the plain weird. I let you take in the information that I share with first time property investors and let you decide what you want to do. So I don't sell - I educate. Then if you love the education you may or may not invest, which I can also help my clients with. It's entirely up to you.

My first job straight out of school was as a dishwasher. when I got sick of that - after about a year (yes a whole year!) I started a job as a porter, carrying peoples luggage around working in the same hotel. I hated it! I then worked as a bank teller and eventually ended up travelling around Europe, working in London and loving life.

After 4 years of that carry on I thought I'd better buckle down and come back home and be a real person. Job, marriage, mortgage etc. When I got back from travelling I was very interested in property.

Long story short after a few years grafting away at a day job and accumulating investment properties on the side, I quit work and started flipping property for about 10 years to free myself from a J.O.B.

My great realisation at this time was how unbelievably powerful property can be if you know how to harness it's power correctly. What's more is you really have to do very little for that to happen. For me this is the worlds greatest secret (and I don't say that lightly). But somehow we're missing it.

You also don't need to flip property. The most money I've ever made is by investing over time and I learned that there's some good reasons why this is the case. (you can see this in my ebook).

I tell you the above "story" because I want to to know that literally anyone can do this. I never had big, high paying job or a great cash-flow business. The "missing link" with all this is that we aren't taught any of it. It's the most useful thing I've ever done by a gazillion miles and yet I never learned any of it at school. I had to teach myself and had some help from a mentor that I was lucky enough to find.

I have an affinity for the masses of people that are reaching (or passed) middle age and realising that their financial situation is nowhere near enough to retire on/have a life on/get by on/don't want to work forever! I myself am into my fifties so I understand the sudden realisation that not all is well when you realise time to do something about it is running out.

I see my role as trying to plug the gap of that "missing link" and to open your eyes to the great possibilities that we have lying in wait by using property to get almost anything you can think of.

Unfortunately most people 'kick the can down the road' until time starts working against them. Then your options have run out.

So if you're one of the lucky ones that sees property investment as a great vehicle to get you to where you want to go, just know that your hunch is right. And it can be used to help solve your issue.
